  • Material Integrity: Every cover features the multi-layer insulation technology, including the reflective outer shield and energy-absorbing core, as advertised.

  • Visual Representation: Because we use high-fidelity imagery and instructional videos to demonstrate the product (including the snap-button mounting and reflective properties), "item not as described" claims are strictly cross-referenced against our official media.

2. Strict Non-Refundable Conditions

To maintain our standards and prevent misuse of the return system, refunds are not issued under the following circumstances:

  • Installation Errors: We provide detailed instructional materials (Step 1 to Step 4) and video guides showing the correct mounting process. Refunds will not be granted for damage caused by improper DIY installation or failure to follow the "Easy Installation Process".

  • Performance Expectations: Our covers are engineered for specific scientific results, such as reflecting solar radiation and absorbing kinetic energy from hailstorms or simian activity. Refund requests based on perceived performance are only considered if a technical defect in the material layers is proven.

  • Used Products: Once the adhesive is peeled or the cover has been mounted to a tank, the product is considered "used" and is no longer eligible for a refund due to hygiene and material degradation.

3. Eligibility for Exchange or Credit

  • Transit Damage: If the product arrives with physical damage to the reflective shield or snap buttons, it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

  • Manufacturing Defects: Claims regarding the "Golden Edge" or "Golden Strip" integrity or the quality of the multi-layered foam will be inspected by our technical team.

  • Replacement Only: In alignment with our strict guidelines to avoid maximum refunds, our primary resolution for valid claims is a replacement of the specific defective part or a store credit rather than a cash refund.

4. Customer Responsibility

  • Size Verification: Customers are responsible for ensuring the cover fits their specific tank model (e.g., standard cylindrical tanks) before ordering. No refunds are provided for incorrect sizing choices.

  • Shipping Costs: All return shipping costs for inspection are the responsibility of the customer.
